Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support the Photographer and Videographer by helping capture and edit images and film
Organize the distribution of labor among the Media Team in an efficient manner
Schedule a media team member for sound booth in morning and evening chapel
Producing weekly camper videos and DVDs
Producing the staff compilation video
Uploading productions online daily
Work with the Camp Director, Assistant Camp Director, and Director of Administration to identify projects with the most impact
Must be able to use Mac OS X and Final Cut Pro X
Use of provided digital video cameras and organizing digital files required
QUALIFICATIONS
Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
Must use a digital camera and videocamera
Must be able use Mac OSX, FINAL CUT Pro X, Digital Video Cameras, Microsoft Power Point and manage Digital Files
Ability to filter and process film with campers and parents in mind
Team player with a strong work ethic
Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
Respond with grace in high-stress siutations
Willing to perform hands-on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff
REQUIREMENTS
At least one full year out of high school with relevant experience
Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training
Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job
