Cross Trainer - Female

CT Orientation: June 5-June 7

CT Session 1: June 14-July 11

CT Session 2: July 11-August 15

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serve three meals a day 

• Keep dining hall clean and up to code 

• Clean and set up juice, cereal, salad bar and coffee stations
• Clean and set up juice, cereal, salad bar and coffee stations
• Ensuring a positive, safe dining experience for campers
• Participating in cabin devotions, camp activities, and cabin life

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
• Dispays leadership skills, maturity and safety consciousness
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
• Respond with grace in high-stress situations
• Willing to perform hands-on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff role

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have completed 10th grade.
• Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
• Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
• Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training

Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job.
