Summer 2027 Registration

Registration Dates

Camper Registration happens through a secure, online portal. You will create a CampInTouch account, allowing you to register your camper, make payments, update camper information, and complete the required forms. Additionally, during your camper's session, you will be able to view photos and send your camper emails through this account.

For the first time ever, we are opening a returners-only, one-week registration window for summer 2027 starting Monday, August 10 at 9 AM and running through Friday, August 14 at 5 PM. This special window will only last one week and is not available to siblings or campers who did not attend Camp Lurecrest during summer 2026. Our goal is to guarantee a spot for every camper from this summer who wants to return. Campers will only be able to register for one session during this period.

In addition, regular camper registration will open earlier this year. We will open camp registration for returning families (including siblings, previous year campers, and previously waitlisted campers) on October 13 at 7 PM. Registration for first time campers will open October 14 at 6:30 AM.

If your camper desires to attend 2 full-week sessions, please wait until January 1st to enroll in the second week. We ask this In order to offer opportunities to as many campers as possible. This does not apply to our 3-night camps. Buffalo Creek can always be paired with a full-week camp.

Registration FAQs

Who can register during the early registration window on Aug. 10-14, 2026?

Only 2026 campers are eligible to register for camp during the early registration window. This does not included siblings of 2026 campers, those who were waitlisted for summer 2026, or those who have attended Lurecrest in previous summers (not summer 2026).

How do I register my camper for summer 2027?

To register your camper, log into your CampInTouch Account during the applicable registration window. You will see the camper application available in your account. If you are a returning family, please do not create a new account. Let us know if you need us to reset your password.

New families can create a CampInTouch Account prior to registration opening. The camper application will not show up in the account until new camper registration opens.

For those using mobile devices, you can also register in the Campanion app (returning families only).

What do I need to know prior to registration?

  • Use Google Chrome - Our registration software is optimized for Google Chrome
  • Have your information ready - Be ready with your contact information, first and second choice of sessions, bunkmate requests (up to 3 mutual requests per camper) and payment information
  • Do not hesitate to reach our to our team with any questions you have

What if my camper is waitlisted?

Here are some things to know if your camper is waitlisted for their preferred session:

There is no cost for being on the waitlist - You will not be charged unless your camper is enrolled in a session. You are welcome to be on the waitlist for as many sessions as you would like.

We recommend signing up for your second choice. If you have any flexibility with your camp dates, we recommend signing up for your second choice session in the event your first choice is waitlisted. If a spot opens in your first choice session, we will transfer your camper's enrollment with no penalty (we will check in with you first).

We will provide regular updates of where your camper is on the waitlist - The first update email will be sent within one week of registration. We cannot immediately provide an update as to your spot on the waitlist because there is a significant amount of waitlist movement within the first few days after registration opens.

If you are waitlisted for 2027, you will have priority registration for summer 2028 - If your camper does not get a spot in summer 2027, being on the waitlist allows you to register for summer 2028 with returning families.
