This year, we are excited about the camp speakers who will be inspiring the campers and staff throughout the summer:
Brett Ray is the founder and president of Right Choice Communications, a non-profit organization committed to touching the lives of college students, teenagers and their families. Since 1986, Brett’s unique style of communicating has taken him over the United States and around the globe. Every year Brett speaks to thousands of students regarding God’s unconditional love an grace for them. He continues to be involved in national youth conferences, camps, retreats, school assemblies, banquets, and youth rallies. Brett also speaks frequently on college campuses in the United States and Canada. Brett and his wife Carol are also involved with Campus Crusade for Christ’s Family Life Ministry.
Sean Brown comes to us from StoneBridge Church in Charlotte, NC, where he has served as the Minister of Youth and Pastoral Intern. Sean has over 13 years in youth ministry. He has spoken nationally and internationally for organizations such as Young Life, Adventure in Missions, and numerous camps. Sean and his wife Suzanne have a passion for youth!
Eileen Hartzler first came to Camp Lurecrest from California to serve as a camp counselor in 1997. Now, many years later, she is working on a full-time basis with Camp Lurecrest Ministries as the Director of the Emmaus School of Biblical Studies. Eileen has been gracious enough to also serve as the Junior session camp pastor for her 5th straight year! Eileen received her certificate of biblical expositional teaching from Montana’s YWAM School of Biblical Studies (SBS). Proving herself to be an exceptional student, Eileen further went on to prove herself an exceptional teacher, as she eventually became an SBS instructor on domestic and international scholastic campuses. Eileen has a solid, Christ-centered understanding of the Bible and an exceptional ability to make it understandable and inspiring for people of any age.
